AFTER THE BOMBINGS

DNA OF A KILLER

God in your kingdom, the sights repel
Bodies on streets, fire in the house
Cops toiling, killers on the loose
Like the cat chasing the mouse
Why does man kill
First with his conniving mind
Then with bombs in sacks filled?
Who plants the germs of gore
Seeds in the passionate mind
Of churning and a griping soul
Who questions the right to exist
Of people living in harmony
Since centuries old?

His grotesque conscience repels
Does he deserve your pardon
The face of terror is a blot
To mankind
Will not our faith and yours
In humanity decline?
Once was he not like you and me
Kind and a soul with free will
Why then his genes played up yesterday
Ordering him to blood-spill?

Feed your DNA with humanity, folks
Lest one day it also kills…..
